1. Introduction

Welcome to Ruam Khon Street Food ("Ruam Khon", "we", "our", or "us").

Ruam Khon is a community-driven platform that helps people discover, share, and maintain information about local street-food stalls throughout Thailand.

By accessing or using Ruam Khon, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, stall owners, community contributors ("Scouts"), reviewers, and any other person using the Service.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Purpose of the Service

Ruam Khon exists to help people discover local street-food vendors through community participation.

The platform allows users to:

• browse street-food stalls;
• search for nearby food;
• save favorite stalls;
• submit reviews;
• suggest new stalls;
• report incorrect information;
• report stalls that have moved or permanently closed;
• help improve the quality of community information.

Ruam Khon is not:

• a food delivery service;
• an online marketplace;
• a payment platform;
• an employer of vendors;
• a restaurant operator;
• or an agent acting on behalf of vendors.

Each food stall operates independently.

3. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Ruam Khon, you acknowledge that:

• you have read these Terms;
• you understand these Terms;
• you agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• you agree to comply with applicable laws while using the Service.

If you use Ruam Khon on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. Eligibility

Browsing publicly available information generally does not require creating an account.

Certain features require authentication using a supported sign-in provider.

These features include, but are not limited to:

• submitting reviews;
• saving stalls across devices;
• creating community stall submissions;
• managing stall information;
• reporting abuse;
• participating in ownership-abuse disputes.

Users must comply with any applicable age and legal capacity requirements under the laws governing their use of the Service.

For certain features involving public content or business-related actions, Ruam Khon may request additional confirmations before allowing continued use.

Providing false information regarding your eligibility or authority to use the Service may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. User Accounts

Users may browse publicly available information without signing in.

To access certain community features, users must authenticate using a supported identity provider, such as:

• Google Sign-In; or
• Sign in with Apple.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree to:

• keep your authentication credentials secure;
• promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised;
• use only accounts that belong to you;
• avoid sharing your account with others.

You remain responsible for activities conducted through your account unless unauthorized access occurred despite reasonable care on your part.

6. Community Principles

Ruam Khon is built upon community trust.

All users are expected to participate honestly, respectfully, and in good faith.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• provide truthful information;
• contribute accurate stall information where reasonably possible;
• respect other users, vendors, and administrators;
• report issues responsibly;
• avoid actions intended to manipulate community trust systems.

The quality of Ruam Khon depends upon the integrity of its community.

Repeated misuse may result in moderation action.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content that you submit through Ruam Khon.

You agree that any information you provide should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You must not:

• intentionally submit false information;
• impersonate another person or business;
• create fake stall listings;
• submit misleading reviews;
• artificially manipulate ratings;
• repeatedly submit duplicate information;
• intentionally report legitimate stalls as closed or moved;
• upload malicious software;
• attempt to interfere with platform security;
• attempt unauthorized access to any system;
• violate applicable laws while using the Service.

You must also avoid uploading unnecessary personal information about yourself or other individuals.

8. Reviews and Community Content

Reviews should represent your genuine personal experience.

You are solely responsible for the opinions expressed in your reviews.

Reviews must not include:

• knowingly false statements;
• defamatory allegations;
• threats;
• harassment;
• hate speech;
• discriminatory content;
• personal attacks;
• confidential information;
• unnecessary personal information;
• content that infringes another person's legal rights.

Ruam Khon does not independently verify every review before publication.

However, reviews may be moderated, hidden, edited, redacted, or removed where reasonably necessary to:

• comply with applicable law;
• protect users;
• investigate abuse;
• protect vendors from malicious activity;
• preserve platform integrity.

Where appropriate, users may report reviews that violate these Terms.

9. Community Stall Contributions

Registered users may contribute information about street-food stalls.

When submitting a stall, you should make reasonable efforts to ensure that:

• the stall actually exists;
• location information is reasonably accurate;
• photographs relate to the submitted stall;
• descriptions are truthful.

Community-submitted stalls may be reviewed before publication.

Ruam Khon reserves the right to:

• reject submissions;
• request additional information;
• edit formatting for consistency;
• merge duplicate stalls;
• remove fraudulent submissions.

Submitting a stall does not create ownership rights over that listing.

10. Stall Owners

Individuals who operate food stalls may manage information relating to their own businesses.

Stall owners are responsible for ensuring that information they publish remains reasonably accurate.

If a stall owner chooses to publish:

• phone numbers;
• LINE IDs;
• photographs;
• operating hours;
• menu information;

they acknowledge that such information may become publicly visible within the Service.

Owners remain responsible for keeping this information current.

11. Mobile Stalls

Some vendors operate from changing locations.

When a stall owner enables the Mobile Stall feature, they acknowledge that the current operating location of their stall may be publicly displayed while the feature remains active.

The owner may disable this feature at any time.

Ruam Khon is not responsible for business outcomes resulting from the publication of a mobile stall's location.

12. Fair Use of the Service

You agree not to use Ruam Khon in ways that unfairly disadvantage other users or vendors.

Examples include:

• coordinated false reporting;
• coordinated fake reviews;
• manipulating recommendation systems;
• creating multiple accounts to influence ratings;
• using automation to spam submissions;
• attempting to circumvent moderation actions.

Ruam Khon may investigate suspected abuse and take appropriate enforcement action.

13. Age and Legal Capacity

Ruam Khon is intended for individuals who are capable of understanding and accepting these Terms.

Some features that publish public content or involve business-related activities may require users to confirm that they satisfy applicable age or legal capacity requirements under the laws governing their use of the Service.

If you have not reached the age or legal capacity required to act independently under applicable law, you should obtain permission from your parent, legal guardian, or other legally authorized representative before using those features.

Knowingly providing false information regarding your eligibility may result in restrictions on your account.

14. Stall Information and Business Listings

Ruam Khon allows information about street-food stalls to be published for the benefit of the community.

Users, community contributors, and stall owners should make reasonable efforts to ensure that published information is accurate at the time it is submitted.

This may include:

• stall name;
• food categories;
• operating hours;
• photographs;
• menu information;
• location;
• contact information voluntarily made public by the owner.

Street-food businesses naturally change over time.

Accordingly, Ruam Khon cannot guarantee that all published information will remain accurate or current.

Users should independently verify information before relying upon it.

15. Ownership of Stall Listings

A listing within Ruam Khon represents information about a physical food stall and is part of the community database.

Creating or contributing information to a stall listing does not grant ownership of that listing.

Where appropriate, Ruam Khon may allow a verified stall owner to manage information relating to their own business.

Ruam Khon reserves the right to determine administrative control over stall listings where reasonably necessary to:

• correct inaccuracies;
• resolve duplicate listings;
• prevent abuse;
• protect legitimate business owners;
• maintain platform integrity.

Administrative decisions will be made in good faith based on available information.

16. Ownership-Abuse Reports

If a user believes another person is falsely representing ownership of a stall, they may submit an ownership-abuse report using the procedures provided by Ruam Khon.

Users submitting reports should provide truthful information.

False or malicious reports are prohibited.

Where appropriate, Ruam Khon may request supporting information before taking action.

Ownership-abuse reports may be reviewed by authorized administrators.

During an investigation, Ruam Khon may:

• request clarification;
• temporarily restrict editing privileges;
• temporarily suspend management rights over a listing;
• preserve evidence necessary for investigation.

Whenever reasonably practicable, affected users will be informed of significant administrative actions.

Ruam Khon aims to complete ownership-abuse investigations within thirty (30) days, although more complex matters may require additional time.

17. Community Reports

Users are encouraged to report information that appears inaccurate or outdated.

Examples include:

• permanently closed stalls;
• relocated stalls;
• duplicate listings;
• inappropriate photographs;
• misleading information;
• inappropriate reviews.

Submitting reports in good faith helps maintain the quality of the platform.

Submitting knowingly false reports, coordinated reporting campaigns, or reports intended to harm another user or business is prohibited.

Ruam Khon may disregard reports that appear abusive or unreliable.

18. Moderation

To maintain a safe and trustworthy community, Ruam Khon may review user-generated content.

Moderation may be performed through:

• automated systems;
• administrator review;
• community reports;
• or a combination of these methods.

Content may be:

• published immediately;
• temporarily hidden;
• flagged for review;
• edited for formatting or removal of unnecessary personal information;
• removed where reasonably necessary.

Moderation decisions are made to:

• protect users;
• protect vendors;
• comply with applicable law;
• reduce fraud;
• maintain platform integrity;
• improve the quality of community information.

Moderation decisions are not intended to determine factual truth or legal liability.

19. Suspension and Enforcement

Where reasonably necessary, Ruam Khon may temporarily restrict or suspend access to certain features or accounts.

Examples include suspected:

• fraud;
• impersonation;
• repeated policy violations;
• coordinated abuse;
• malicious reporting;
• security threats;
• unlawful conduct.

Whenever reasonably practicable, enforcement actions should be proportionate to the seriousness of the conduct.

Possible actions include:

• warnings;
• temporary feature restrictions;
• temporary suspension;
• removal of specific content;
• permanent account termination in serious or repeated cases.

Ruam Khon aims to avoid permanent enforcement where corrective measures are reasonably sufficient.

20. Appeals

Users who believe moderation or enforcement action was taken in error may contact Ruam Khon through the official support channels.

Appeals should explain:

• why the user believes the decision was incorrect;
• any additional relevant information;
• supporting evidence where available.

Ruam Khon will review appeals in good faith.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the original decision.

Repeated abusive appeals may be declined.

21. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content that they create.

By submitting content through Ruam Khon, you grant Ruam Khon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• display;
• reproduce;
• adapt;
• format;
• store;
• distribute;
• moderate;
• and make available

your content solely for purposes related to operating, improving, promoting, securing, and maintaining the Service.

This license continues only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and comply with legal obligations.

Where technically feasible, content associated with deleted accounts may be anonymized rather than removed entirely to preserve community information.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your intellectual property to Ruam Khon.

22. Intellectual Property

Except for user-generated content, all intellectual property associated with Ruam Khon is owned by or licensed to Ruam Khon.

This includes, where applicable:

• application design;
• source code;
• trademarks;
• logos;
• graphics;
• databases;
• text;
• software;
• documentation;
• original content created by Ruam Khon.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service except as permitted by applicable law or with prior written permission.

23. Availability of the Service

Ruam Khon strives to provide reliable access to the Service.

However, availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• maintenance;
• software updates;
• security incidents;
• technical failures;
• network interruptions;
• actions taken to protect users or the platform.

Ruam Khon may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Where practical, significant planned changes will be communicated in advance.

24. Beta Features

From time to time, Ruam Khon may offer experimental or beta features.

These features are provided for evaluation purposes and may:

• change substantially;
• contain errors;
• become unavailable;
• be withdrawn without notice.

Users participate in beta features voluntarily.

Feedback submitted regarding beta features may be used by Ruam Khon to improve future versions of the Service.

Ruam Khon is an information platform designed to help users discover and share information about street-food vendors.

Ruam Khon does not prepare, cook, sell, purchase, deliver, inspect, certify, endorse, supervise, or guarantee any food, products, or services offered by vendors listed within the Service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, each vendor operates independently.

Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, partnership, agency, franchise, joint venture, or other legal relationship between Ruam Khon and any vendor.

26. Information Accuracy

Ruam Khon combines information submitted by vendors, community contributors, and users.

Although we make reasonable efforts to improve the accuracy of information, we cannot guarantee that any listing is:

• complete;
• accurate;
• current;
• continuously available;
• suitable for any particular purpose.

Examples include:

• operating hours;
• menu items;
• prices;
• photographs;
• contact information;
• stall locations;
• business availability.

Users should independently verify important information before relying upon it.

27. Food Safety

Ruam Khon does not inspect, certify, monitor, or supervise food preparation or hygiene practices.

Accordingly, Ruam Khon makes no representation regarding:

• food quality;
• food safety;
• cleanliness;
• allergens;
• nutritional information;
• licensing;
• regulatory compliance;
• health standards.

Questions relating to food preparation or food safety should be directed to the relevant vendor or appropriate government authority.

28. Vendor Transactions

Any interaction between users and vendors occurs directly between those parties.

Ruam Khon is not a party to transactions involving:

• food purchases;
• reservations;
• catering arrangements;
• promotions;
• communications;
• disputes between users and vendors.

Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment when interacting with vendors.

29. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions when using the Service.

You acknowledge that:

• visiting a stall is your own decision;
• purchasing food is your own decision;
• relying on reviews is your own decision;
• communicating with vendors is your own decision.

Ruam Khon provides information to assist users but does not replace individual judgment.

30. Third-Party Services

The Service may interact with or provide access to third-party products and services, including but not limited to:

• Google Sign-In;
• Sign in with Apple;
• Google Maps;
• Apple Maps;
• Mapbox;
• Google Firebase;
• Google AdMob;
• Google Cloud Vision;
• LINE Official Account.

These services are operated independently.

Ruam Khon is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or privacy practices of third-party providers.

Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

31. Advertisements

Ruam Khon may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.

The appearance of an advertisement within the Service does not constitute:

• endorsement;
• recommendation;
• certification;
• sponsorship;
• approval

by Ruam Khon unless expressly stated.

Users should independently evaluate advertised products or services before relying upon them.

32. External Links

The Service may contain links to external websites, applications, or online services.

Ruam Khon does not control external services and is not responsible for:

• their content;
• their availability;
• their security;
• their privacy practices;
• their products or services.

Accessing external services is at your own discretion.

33. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

While Ruam Khon strives to provide a reliable and useful platform, we do not guarantee that the Service will:

• always be available;
• operate without interruption;
• be free from errors;
• be free from security vulnerabilities;
• meet every user's expectations;
• satisfy every intended purpose.

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to maintain, improve, and secure the Service.

34. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ruam Khon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• reliance upon inaccurate community information;
• disputes between users and vendors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable legal obligations.

35. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruam Khon, its developers, administrators, moderators, and authorized representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• your violation of these Terms;
• unlawful conduct;
• infringement of another person's rights;
• content submitted by you;
• misuse of the Service.

This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

36. Force Majeure

Ruam Khon shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Users may also request deletion of their account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Closing an account does not automatically remove:

• anonymized community contributions;
• moderation records;
• fraud prevention records;
• information retained to comply with legal obligations.

Account closure does not release users from responsibilities arising before the account was closed.

43. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be interpreted and resolved in accordance with applicable Thai law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Thai law.

44. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding the Service, we encourage users to contact Ruam Khon first so that we may attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Many issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication than through formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising any rights available under applicable law.

45. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalid provision shall be interpreted or replaced, where possible, in a manner that most closely reflects its original purpose.

46. No Waiver

Failure by Ruam Khon to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights available under these Terms or applicable law.

Any waiver must be made expressly and in writing.

47. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ruam Khon regarding your use of the Service.

They supersede any prior discussions, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

48. Language

These Terms may be published in multiple languages for the convenience of users.

Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that each language version conveys substantially the same meaning.

If any inconsistency exists between language versions, the English version shall prevail, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
